Ulkoexcursio 2022 – Jonotuskäytäntö

Ulkoexcursion jonotus 2022 tapahtuu seuraavasti. Kiltahuoneen takaovelle ilmestyy jonotustviikolla jonotuslista, johon paikalle saavuttaessa tulee kirjoittaa nimensä. Kuka tahansa voi huutaa nimenhuudon, jolloin se tulee suorittaa ovessa olevan nimilistan mukaan. Mikäli henkilö on poissa nimenhuudosta, merkitään hänen nimensä viereen * merkki. Jos henkilö on takaisin seuraavassa nimenhuudossa, * merkki vedetään yli. Nimenhuutojen välissä tulee olla vähintään 30 minuuttia. Mikäli jonottaja ei ole paikalla kahden perättäisen nimenhuudon aikana, vedetään hänen nimensä yli listalta, ja hän menettää jonotuspaikkansa. Jonottaja on itse vastuussa, että hänet huomataan nimenhuudossa. Jonotuslistan vieressä on erillinen paperi, johon tulee kirjata nimenhuutojen kellonajat, sekä niistä puuttuneet henkilöt. Luotamme teihin, olkaa jonotuksessa reiluja ja rehtejä muita kiltalaisia kohtaan!
Tarkkaa henkilömäärää reissuun ei tulla ilmoittamaan ennen jonotusta, mutta paikkoja on noin 20 kpl. Kaikille mukaan päässeille ilmoitetaan 12.6., ja loput listan mukaiset henkilöt tulevat olemaan varasijoilla. Ilmoittautuminen tulee muuttumaan sitovaksi heinäkuussa, myöhemmin ilmoitettavana aikana, jolloin myös ainakin tarkennettu, mutta mahdollisesti lopullinen hinta on tiedossa. Hinta tulee olemaan 250 +/- 100 €.
Nimilista tullaan keräämään 12.6. klo 12.00. Kiltahuoneella yöpyminen on kielletty.
Henkilö voi jonottaa toisen ihmisen puolesta, mikäli tästä on ilmoitettu excursiomestarille viimeistään 11.6. klo 12.00

Abroad excursio 2022 – Queuing policy
The queuing for the abroad excursion will be arranged according to the following policy.
An empty namelist will appear during this week at the backdoor of the guildroom. When arriving at the queuing place (backyard of the guildroom) write your name on the name list. Anyone can call a rollcall, which is to be done according to the name list. People in queue are responsible that they are noticed in the roll call. There must be at least 30 minutes between rollncalls. If a person misses the roll call a mark will be put next to his/her name on the namelist. If the person is back for the next rollcall the mark next to his/her name will be scratched. Two consecutives roll calls will result to the removal from the name list. If a person is removed from the namelist and he/she wants to still enroll to the excursion, he/she must start the queuing from the beginning. We trust that you will be fair and upright to your fellow guildmembers regarding the queuing.
The namelist will be collected on 12.6. at 12.00 o’clock. Sleeping in the guildroom is forbidden.
The exact number of available spots for the excursion will not be revealed before the queuing, but the number is around twenty. The rest will be on backup spots. The enrolled people will be notified on 12.6. The enrollment will become binding in July on a date that will be determined later. Then we will have a more accurate estimate of the price. The price range is 250€ +/- 100 €.
A person can queue for another person, if the Master of Excursion has been notified about it by 11.6.2022 at 12.00 o’clock.
